Anouk is passionate about the vision of empowering athletes through her own athlete management company. In 2023, she founded AVD Management to take over the management of her team and has since been steadily building the company and network. In 2025, Nicola Kusy, a former tennis player and consultative sales expert with experience in the fashion and executive search industry has joined forces with Anouk, so she can put her main focus on her sportive tasks.
